Since learning about clean skincare I have replaced many of my products. While I am still breastfeeding, I am also saying no to botox and other medical grade treatments.

One of the biggest hormonal disrupters for me I found to be alcohol. And I love a spicy margarita and my glass, or two, of chardonnay. This was definitely a harder shift for me to make but once I felt my body healing I couldn’t go back. Don’t get me wrong, I still love my favorite drink every once and a while - everything in moderation is key.

I was never a morning person. Since I was a baby. It has always been a struggle to get me out of bed. Once I found a morning routine that energized me and helped me feel confident to tackle my day, there was no turning back for me.

My favorite Saturday morning activity when the weather starts to feel nice is going to our local farmer’s market. Here in Atlanta, Georgia, we love Peachtree Road’s. From farm fresh vegetables to dog treats and our favorite bread, you cannot go wrong.
