do i have to start off with a 4 month plan?

No, you don’t! I also offer a 2 month group plan if you are not yet ready to commit to 4 months. The 2 month group plan will consist of 8 60-minute group sessions.

What if our 4 months are over and i want more?

Do not worry! I will re up your 4 month program. We always have room to grow and as we grow new challenges may emerge. Just because your initial 4 month program is up does not mean you are done with me. I would absolutely love to continue to work with you!
